1) Saturated fats – Solid at room temperature. Animal fats, Coconut oil and Palm oil
2) Monounsaturated Fatty acids (MUSAs)
Olive Oil, Avocado’s and Certain Nuts
3) Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs)
These include ESSENTIAL Omega 6 and Omega 3 Omega 3: Fish, Flaxseed, Walnuts & Chia seeds.
4) Trans Fatty Acids (Industrially Hydrogenation Vegetable Oils) Margarines, Snack foods, Baked goods etc = Harmful Fats
